Questions about stable flooring

How much bedding does rubber stable flooring save?

Up to 70 %, according to the manufacturer. The tiles give the horse a comfortable resting surface with thermal insulation, and they are liquid-permeable, with drainage pads underneath that let urine and water run off.

How does the drainage work?

Each flat tile has pads on its underside: 5 mm on 30 mm tiles and 15 mm on 40 mm tiles. They lift the tile off the base so urine and water run off underneath. The tiles are liquid-permeable and resistant to urine and moisture.

Is rubber stable flooring slippery when wet?

No. The tiles are tested to DIN 51097 and show high slip resistance under wet conditions, at a 24° angle. That matters in wash areas and aisles, where horses and staff walk on a wet floor.

Can the tiles be laid on a concrete floor?

Yes. The tiles are modular and suit concrete and other solid stable floors. They are quick to install, and a damaged tile can be replaced on its own without lifting the whole floor.

What is the minimum order, and where do you deliver?

The minimum order is one pallet; prices are on request. Send the floor areas of the boxes and aisles, the thickness and the colour, and we reply with the quantity and a quotation. We deliver from Lithuania to Latvia, Estonia and across the EU.
